Overview
​Pinnacle’s Training and Consultancy Service provides a range of high quality training, education and consultancy services. We are able to customise training programs and consultancy services to meet organisational and individual needs and circumstances.
Our services are aimed at three main groups:
  • Disability Service Providers
  • Organisations who work with, or engage with, people with a disability​
The Training and Consultancy Service has built a strong reputation for the provision of quality outcomes for its clients. This reputation is based on being able to utilise our extensive industry knowledge and experience, combined with outstanding training skills and consulting processes, to provide outcomes that are solution focused, practical, measurable and easy to understand. 
Our qualified trainers and consultants have extensive industry experience and relevant formal qualifications.  Their passion and experience facilitate an interactive, innovative and motivational learning environment for participants.

​Our training courses are customised to meet your specific needs and can be held at you workplace or other suitable venue.
Pre-course/project consultation and post-course/project follow up and support is provided to ensure the best use of your training and consulting expenditure and to reinforce learning in the workplace.
Certificates of completion and post-course summaries are provided to assist client’s to meet legislation, standards and compliance requirements.
We have a modern, well-equipped training room for hire in Ararat.
