Who We Are...
Pinnacle provides programs, activities, supported employment and respite options to meet specific participant needs. Pinnacle services are provided from a variety of locations in and around Ararat and Stawell that are specifically tailored with activities to meet the needs of people with various disabilities. We assist people with a disability to increase their skills and self esteem by providing opportunities for training, employment and community access/inclusion.
The service provides life and leisure experiences within integrated settings. Our skills, flexibility and broad range of program and activity options allow us to devise individual Program responses to individual needs.
Pinnacle is run by a community based Board of Governance and is funded by the State and Commonwealth Governments, as well as revenue raised from its own business operations. Pinnacle is a not-for-profit organisation that puts back into the continued upgrade and improvement of the services it provides.
Our participants are the most important element of our services. We provide services to approximately 200 people in various group and individual activities and support services. We have 48 people employed in our Australian Disability Enterprises employment businesses, with approximately 80 families in the Ararat and Stawell and surrounding communities receiving respite services.
